Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Creft ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Creft Does

Creft is a content creation and publishing tool for short-form video creators. It connects to services you authorize (Google Drive, TikTok, and others in the future), generates content based on your inputs, and publishes it on your behalf when you ask it to.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under it.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party services you connect (for example, TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service).

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and captions you create with or upload through Creft. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, to render a video and transmit it to TikTok when you publish).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or publish content you do not have the right to use.
• Harass, defame, or harm others.
• Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Automate behavior in ways that violate rate limits or spam users.

6. Third-Party Services

Creft integrates with Google, TikTok, and other providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or rejections by those providers.

7. Fees

Creft is currently free during beta. If we introduce paid plans we will notify users in advance and give reasonable notice before changes take effect for existing accounts.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content you publish through Creft will reach any audience, be approved by any platform, or remain available on those platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Creft and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you paid no fees).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
